All the cheese
production is still done by hand in the time honoured
traditional style, which results in a quality of cheese
second to none. Our products have won many prizes at
cheese shows throughout the country. We use our own
on-site cheese smoking facility to produce our Smoked
Lancashire.

Our cheeses are
produced in the traditional round moulds in a range of weights
from 20kg down to 200g. Minimum order quantities apply. The cheeses are covered in
cheesecloth and then coated with wax. Distribution locally
is carried out by our own vehicles, with national carriers and
wholesalers covering the rest of the country.
