In 2007, we were approached by a local farming family, who were looking for added value to their milk.

Since then, we have offered a small volume, artisan cheese-making service for small business and farmers. To this day, we are still making cheese for the family on a regular basis, to sell in their rural farm shop.

We make a range of territorial cheese under contract, using recipes for either Cows, Sheep, or Goats milk.
